Pressure is put on Franky ZAPATA to stop developing his innovation projects since public awareness of his latest invention, the Flyboard® Air! It is shameful, freely and unilaterally and only arbitrary and unjust that the authorities are threatening the contractor and would like to see it stay on the ground for a future project for FRANCE in the eyes of the world, for a military development of the creation of Zapata Racing.

We we are against such an infringement of this freedom, that we have to be able to create, invent, innovate and develop and decry more precisely unhealthy and bad pressure which is applied as the flight ban of the FlyBoard® Air.

Through this petition we call upon our elected officials to do exactly why they were elected, REACT and REPRESENT THE SOVEREIGN PEOPLE, and not their own interests, and work to lift the ban of use and development of its creation the Flyboard® Air!

This petition will be delivered to:

Franky Zapata grounded!! That's what we woke up to know from the inventor of the Air Flyboard, which he shared on his Facebook account during his last flight tests, including above the Canal of Caronte in Marseille, which led him to the the air force buildings. Franky Zapata says he has been grounded and threatened, in case of repetition, he will be under review and given an exemplary prison sentence.

Expressing his deep dismay and especially his disgust, Frank Zapata announced his likely departure from France in order to continue with the development of his craft, more forgiving and welcoming. Recalling having already sold more than 10,000 units of the water propelled Flyboard, he always wanted to maintain his activity in France despite the gold bridges that were made to him to live, the native of the Rove rebelled against the conditions in which creative inventors of companies and jobs are treated in France, and intends to challenge the candidates to the Presidency of the Republic on this point. However, Franky Zapata indicated he would have been proposed to perform his tests in a semi-military zone, out of sight of the public and the media.
